If you don’t like something or aren’t happy then please contact us. These things happen and we will try and do all we can to sort any issue for you.
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. This applies to standard kits only, please see terms and conditions for custom items.
If you are returning the goods because they are damaged or faulty, we will reimburse you the cost of returning them. For any other reason you will need to pay to return the goods. We recommend you use a trackable post service in case it goes missing.
Before sending any goods back, please contact us to see if it’s a problem we can help you fix as there could be a simple solution.
