Complete Braided Brake Line Kit

A complete stainless steel braided brake line system, custom-made in the UK for your Defender 110 — a direct replacement for every flexible brake hose on the vehicle.

This kit replaces all the flexible brake hoses on your Defender 110 200Tdi (1987-1991, RHD) with PTFE-cored, stainless steel braided lines, each built to the correct length and fittings for your vehicle — for a firmer pedal, sharper response and corrosion resistance that outlasts the original rubber.

Why braided lines?

A rubber brake hose swells every time you press the pedal, soaking up pressure that should reach the caliper — the cause of a soft, vague pedal. A stainless braided line with a PTFE core barely expands, so more pressure goes straight to the brakes: a firmer, sharper, more consistent pedal that resists the mud, salt and abrasion that rot ordinary hoses.

  • A full set of PTFE-cored, stainless steel braided brake hoses, custom-made to fit your Defender 110
  • Correct fittings and copper washers where required
  • Excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance for off-road and expedition use
  • Meets recognised brake hose standards (SAE J1401 equivalent) — compatible with DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 fluid
  • Chassis retaining clips to secure the lines
  • Rear axle clips
  • Banjo bolts with copper washers, where required
