Bag-by-bag fitting instructions for your complete braided brake line kit. Every line is supplied in a numbered bag — work through them in order and check each run before you tighten anything.

Before you start
Brakes are safety critical. Read the brake & clutch line fitting and safety guide in full before fitting — it covers routing and slack, tightening sequence, torque figures and bleeding. If you are not confident, have the kit fitted by a competent garage.
Check what you selected for bag 1
Td5 kits are supplied to suit either male or female front flexi fittings, chosen at the time of order.
Bag 1 (the front caliper hard lines) is listed below, but it is only supplied if you selected male front fittings. If you selected female, your kit starts at bag 2 and there is no bag 1. To check which your vehicle has, see the male and female fitting explanation page.

If you selected the Salisbury axle
This kit is offered with either the standard Rover rear axle or the Salisbury rear axle, selected when you order.
The Salisbury build adds a T-piece to carry the driver's side line clear of the rear suspension bump stop, and the lines running to the calipers are supplied with banjo fittings. If you selected the standard axle, ignore this section.
