A three-line fuel line kit for the Land Rover Defender 90 200Tdi with sedimenter, covering model years 1990-1994. It replaces the external fuel pipe runs between the tank, sedimenter, lift pump and tank return.

- Fuel tank to sedimenter
- Sedimenter to lift pump
- Fuel return to tank
Built using stainless steel braided PTFE hose with swaged line fittings. FLK-011 contains these three lines only.
Important fitting note: nuts and olives
The original nuts and olives on the fuel tank, sedimenter, lift-pump and fuel-return tails must be removed. The new Pioneer 4x4 fittings use a different thread, so the original nuts and olives are not compatible. This kit contains three lines only; replacement nuts and olives are not supplied. Obtain new parts compatible with the line fittings. An olive can be carefully cut to free the nut, but this risks damaging the tail, so we recommend fitting new parts. Do not force or reuse the originals.
