Precision CNC-machined stainless steel banjo bolt, made in-house in the UK and supplied with copper crush washers.
Precision CNC machined M10 x 1.25 double banjo bolt with integrated bleed nipple, manufactured from high-quality 303 stainless steel. Designed for use in brake, clutch, fuel, oil and hydraulic fluid systems where two hose connections are required at a single port, with the added functionality of an integrated bleed nipple for easy air purging without disconnecting any lines.
The integrated bleed nipple allows the braking or clutch system to be bled quickly and cleanly — simply attach a bleed kit or tube to the nipple, crack it open, and purge air from the system without the need to remove any banjo bolts or disturb the hydraulic connections. This makes it ideal for performance builds, track cars and any application where regular bleeding or maintenance is required.
The double banjo design accepts two banjo fittings on a single bolt, allowing two separate hose runs to connect to one caliper or master cylinder port — commonly used in brake systems with dual-line setups or where a pressure sensor or additional line must be teed off at the caliper.

Every bolt is precision CNC-machined from 303 stainless steel on our own machines, here in the UK — for tight tolerances, true threads and corrosion resistance that zinc-plated parts can't match.
